Security: Fully gravel surfaced and drained site (No wet grass or bog down risk). Fully security fenced, Full security camera coverage, monitored 24/7. Bait traps regularly monitored.
Our Terms
Fair Pricing
Rent (in advance) is paid before the 1st Day of each calendar month.
Invoices are sent out on or around 23rd of each month for payment from 1st day of month following. If storage begins during mid-month first fee will be pro-rata for the remainder of the first month of storage plus first full month fee.
There is also a $30 setup fee at the time of issue of a site key.
Replacement of lost keys incurs a $30 charge
Bookings Essential
First bookings and initial payments are required in advance of arriving at our storage site.
All movements of stored caravans inside the storage compound can be performed by site staff using a “tug” free of charge for the convenience of clients. This convenience is obviously not available for motorhomes.
Clients must provide proof of ownership of the RV (Registration or Verifiable Sales Receipt) along with proof that the vehicle is insured.
Reception and Delivery are undertaken at the site gate only at booked times between 10am & 5pm 7 days.
Flexible Terms
You can keep the storage space without committing to a fixed tenancy lease provided monthly payments (in advance) are continuously maintained.
24/7 Personal Access to your RV for the purpose of stocking shelves and minor maintenance.
Receipt and Collection of Caravans and RVs require 7 day’s notice and a booked arrival/despatch time between 10am and 5pm.
Clients must provide proof of ownership of the RV (Registration or Verifiable Sales Receipt) along with proof that the vehicle is insured.

All caravans & RVs need to be registered when stored (on hold registration is fine), and proof of ownership and insurance needs to be provided. Minor maintenance in storage site specifically excludes work requiring the jacking up of any caravan.
